One of the hippest boutique hotels in Ibiza hired me to improve their communication and marketing. They wanted me to grow their brand and enhance customer experience.

I created a strong visual identity for the hotel that was rolled out across all communications from the web site and adverts to room guides and menus and I improved the customer experience with a range of in-room accessories.

I helped the hotel improve its relationships with guests with e-newsletters and exit questionnaires to increase the repeat bookings and awareness.
