Musician

I am a graduate of the Royal Scottish Academy of Music where I studied the French horn under Maurice Temple. During my time at the Academy I played in many orchestras and ensembles including the National Youth Orchestra of Scotland.

Following this I attended the National Centre for Orchestral studies, a postgraduate course designed to train graduates for an orchestral career; rehearsing five days a week to perform a concert programme per week.

On returning to Norwich I continued my passion for music while developing a career in sales and marketing. I now use these business skills to support some of the orchestras I play with across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.

Over the years I have performed an extensive range of the orchestral and choral repertoire playing under conductors such as Sir Alexander Gibson, Nicholas Braithwaite, Christopher Adey, Sir Colin Davies, Vernon Handley and Elgar Howarth.

Performing in some the leading concerts hall in Great Britain, Albert Hall, John Smith Square, Usher Hall and Snape Maltings.
